Saddie was born at home just over a year ago, and we instantly fell in love with her stunning coat, beautiful rosettes, and mesmerizing blue eyes. We decided to keep her as a breeding queen, but as we are now scaling back our breeding program, we have made the decision to place her up for adoption. She may also be an excellent addition to a professional, caring, and loving breeding program.
Saddie is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and gentle. She’s friendly and loves cuddles. 🙂 Saddie is sure to bring immense happiness to her future owners!

Kitten deposit contract

The amount of five hundred dollars ($500) constitutes a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for the purchase of the kitten intended to be sold to the Buyer. This deposit may be refunded to the Buyer only under the circumstance that, at the time of reservation, the Buyer had not checked the availability of the chosen kitten and it was subsequently discovered to be unavailable. Deposits cannot be transferred to other kittens apart from the one selected by the Buyer. Changes and exceptions are permissible ONLY if the originally selected kitten and the newly chosen one are from the same breeder, AND if the kitten has not yet been spayed or neutered, and the pedigree certificate has not been issued in the Buyer's name.

In exchange for the payment of the aforementioned NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, the Seller agrees to reserve the Kitten on the Website until the pickup date, prepare the kitten for transfer, and transfer the kitten to the Buyer upon payment of the outstanding balance.
